Six vessels have been cut from carboniferous limestone and positioned throughout an urban development built upon the quarry from where the limestone came. The stone was formed three hundred and fifty million years ago when the site was a tropical seabed and has been shaped to once again support water, in this case as a series of functioning birdbaths.
